DEPTFORD TWP. — Students attending Rowan College at Gloucester County in the fall could see a $2 per credit increase to their tuition.

The proposed budget of $40.9 million was approved by the college’s board of trustees on Tuesday night, which would include an increase in tuition and fees.

Tuition for students will increase to $97 a credit, a $2 increase. General service fees will be increased to $38.50, a $4 increase, and capital construction fees will remain at $2. This will total $137.50 a credit.

To achieve its fiscal goals, the board has budgeted an anticipated 1 percent increase in student enrollment, college president Fred Keating said.
