The virtual National Summit on K-12 School Safety and Security is set for Nov. 1-2.

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, the host of the event, offers this description: “Through expert panels and keynote addresses by leaders in the field, the summit explores current threats and issues in school safety and considers research-informed strategies for addressing security challenges.”

CISA “welcomes participation from any individual with a passion for improving school safety,” and it notes that the subject matter will be particularly relevant to teachers and school staff, among others.
