In a story about technology integration for Edutopia, Paige Tutt writes about U.S. teachers who are using the social media platform TikTok as an educational tool to reach their students.

“TikTok can speak to them in a way that other kinds of lessons haven’t spoken to them,” said Brock University’s Shauna Pomerantz, an associate professor of child and youth studies, in Tutt’s story. “I don’t think all education needs to be in a TikTok … but I think there’s a pretty profound place for that kind of media.”
