Rutgers University President Jonathan Holloway on July 6 said the fall 2020 semester “will combine a majority of remotely delivered courses with a limited number of in-person classes.”

The suspension of campus events remains in place, and on-campus housing will be “extremely limited,” he added.

As for the upcoming athletic season, Holloway said any decisions related to it “will continue to be guided by state requirements and policies developed by the campuses’ respective athletic conferences.”
