Donna Chiera, president of Perth Amboy Federation/AFT, the union representing teachers and other staf members, said she’s unsure what it means now that the Richardson School principals and staff members are back to work.
“People are concerned in the building,” said Chiera, who questions if those administrators and staff members were under investigation, and if the investigation has concluded and the personnel cleared.
Caffrey said the investigation has been concluded and nothing was found.
