The American Council on Education will present the webinar “Creating Emotionally Supportive Spaces Through Shared Equity Leadership” on June 15 at 1 p.m. ET.
Panelists will discuss “what emotional labor looks like in an environment where responsibility for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) leadership is broadly distributed,” according to ACE, as well as provide examples for how institutions “can better acknowledge and support campus leaders engaged in emotional labor.”
