Social justice encompasses speaking truths to injustices and actively working to foster change from our workplaces to cities and states. Social justice is the virtue that guides us in creating fair, safe and equitable institutions. When justly organized, social institutions provide us with opportunity to thrive, both in our personal relations and in the systems we interact with.

Social justice imposes on each of us a responsibility to work with others to design and continually perfect our institutions as tools for personal growth, the social good, with a lens for racial and economic justice.
