UNION — Calling the actions of the accrediting agency that put Kean University on probation last week “the biases of bureaucrats,” President Dawood Farahi and board of trustees chair Ada Morell hinted there could be legal retaliation in the works.
However, Monday at a hastily called special meeting of the board of trustees, both Farahi and Morell had changed their tune considerably, vowing to work with the national accrediting agency, Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
