My union story: My NTU journey began in 1994 when Pietro Petino asked me to run for building rep. It’s been 29 years and counting. I learned a lot from Petino and still use many of his tactics and knowledge today in union business.
Career highlights/achievements: I am starting my 33rd year, and I have coached a wide range of sports, among them girls and boys basketball, soccer, track, volleyball, and softball.
Interest/hobbies: I love attending sporting events and learning new things. I also love helping people with their pension concerns and questions.
Looking ahead: I want to ensure our students have a safe and engaging environment to learn and grow even beyond regular school hours.
