Kean University’s Equity in Action Presidential Postdoctoral Fellowship Program is designed to increase the diversity of Kean’s research, teaching and clinical faculty.

“This program is personally meaningful to me, not only because it is Kean’s first postdoctoral fellowship program, but because it is a program with a mission to not just talk about equity, but to create equity,” said Kean University President Dr. Lamont O. Repollet.

Fellowships may be awarded for postdoctoral training in any field of study at Kean. Successful candidates will receive a two-year lecturer appointment with a reduced course load designed to provide ample opportunities for highly mentored scholarly and research training.

Applications are being accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis through Jan. 15; interviews and offers will be made through March 1.
