My union story: I am part of the negotiating teams for Local 6025 and Local 2375, working alongside respective presidents Mary Wallace and Patti Kletz.
As a delegate to both AFTNJ and the Council of New Jersey State College Locals, I’ve had the opportunity to work with and learn from such colleagues as Rich Wolfson through serving on the election committee and AFTNJ Treasurer Jennifer Higgins through serving on the budget committee. I am especially proud to be a part of the work that is being done on behalf of my fellow educators by serving on the Higher Ed Adjunct Committee led by Sue Tardi and Bill Lipkin.
Interests/hobbies: I am a mother to a teenage daughter and a very sweet pandemic puppy. I volunteer as a Girl Scout Troop Leader in Metuchen, and I spend vacation time down the shore on Long Beach Island and at the lake on Bear Pond in Turner, Maine.
